If you need urgent assistance, one of the best places to start is St Vincent de Paul’s Emergency Assistance Line. Phone: (02) 6282 2722 or 13 18 12 | Monday to Friday | 9:00am–3:30pm
The team can connect you with volunteers and services close to where you live and may be able to assist with:
- Food assistance
- Grocery vouchers
- Utility bills
- Clothing
- Furniture
- Prescriptions

Free Meals Across Canberra
Canberra has free meal services available every day of the week.
